Shipping Policy
At FENTON AVE, we’re committed to delivering your order with care, speed, and transparency. Each purchase is thoughtfully packaged and shipped from our New York studio within 1–5 business days of your order. As soon as your item is en route, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout, so you can select the best fit for your needs.
Estimated delivery times:
• East Coast: 2–3 business days
• Midwest & South: 3–4 business days
• West Coast (including CA/FL): 4–5 business days
International Shipping
FENTON AVE proudly ships worldwide. Most international orders arrive within 10–14 business days, depending on location and local postal services.
Please note: International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees based on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority at FENTON AVE. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process so you can shop with confidence.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 business days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must follow the instructions below; unauthorized returns will be returned to sender, and shipping fees will apply.

Items returned after 14 business days or in worn/damaged condition (not due to our error) may only qualify for partial refunds or may be declined.
Email info@fentonave.com with your order number and request (return or exchange). Follow the return instructions provided in our reply. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email regarding your refund or exchange status.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If approved, a credit will be issued via coupon code equal to the full value of the returned item. Credit codes are valid for one year from the issue date.
Sale Items & Special Events

Sale items (including those purchased using a coupon code) are eligible for exchange only.

Sample Sale and Warehouse Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Pre-orders may be refunded or exchanged once; no refunds or exchanges after the first exchange.
Gift Items
Gift items are exchange only. If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit via coupon code once the return is received and approved. Gift credits are valid for one year.
Shipping & Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund or credit.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. FENTON AVE is not liable for return shipments lost in transit.

Any items returned without prior approval will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
